| 摘 要： | 生产实习是高等职业院校实践教学的一个重要环节，在提高学生综合实践能力与素质方面，具有不可替代的作用。长期以来高职生产实习方案有“集中安排式”和“分散自主式”两种，但都各有利弊。而建设校内实训基地，将校内化工实训基地实习与校外企业实习相结合是当前高职化工专业生产实习的一个较理想的方案。

| Abstract: | Work practice is an important step in the workshop teaching in higher vocational college and it is a great challenge for us to make it successful in achieving its goals. This paper begins with the role of work practice played in higher vocational education. Then it analyzes the problems existing in work practice in recent years and the importance on construction of intramural practice base. Finally, it comes up with an ideal programme for work practice of chemical engineering major in current higher vocational education, namely, by combining training in intramural practice base with practice in extramural enterprises. |
