| Abstract: | Both the light idea of workers'right and the neglect of workers'right affect each other mutually and circulate accumulation gradually.On one hand,we must criticize the officer culture and the officer standard,reform the administrative centralization system and perfect the Socialist Economic theory & the Democracy and Legal System.On the other hand,it is necessary to improve the workers' quality,strengthen the idea of workers'right and carry out the socialist subjective status of workers. |
