| 摘 要： | 大学辅导员是学生思想政治工作的骨干力量,专职从事学生思想教育和行为管理工作,是教师职责的重要组成部分。大学辅导员工作是一门科学也是一门艺术,因此,应该把这一工作当做一门科学去探索、思考、研究,也应该当做一门艺术去体验、感悟。在大学辅导员要处理的若干关系中,应重点把握好四个关系:自身学习和教育学生的关系,主要职责和各项工作的关系,正面激励和批评教育的关系,言传和身教的关系。大学辅导员只有处理好四个关系,才能将辅导员工作落到实处,为学生服好务,才能培养具有创新精神和实践能力的社会主义建设者和接班人。

| Abstract: | University counselors are backbone of students' ideological and political work and are in charge of students' ideological education and behavior management.They also play an important part among teachers.This kind of work is both science and an art.So,we should treat it as science and art.University counselors have to deal with a number of relationships.But there are four kinds of relationship that should be put much more emphasis on.They are self-learning and educating students,main responsibilities and the relationship among work,a positive incentives and criticism and education,explaining in words and teaching by example.Counselors are responsible for students' thoughts and management.They should cultivate socialist builders and successors with innovative spirit and practice capacity.If they can handle these four relationships correctly,they will make their work receive good effect and can serve for students better. |
