| 摘 要： | 未来的二十年，是我国进入全面建设小康社会的新时期，但由于受到人口基数、人口结构、人口转移以及社会经济改革发展进程等诸多因素的影响，失业问题日趋严重，逐渐为社会各界广泛关注。如何缓解失业状况对国家造成的社会压力，已经引起党和政府的高度重视。文章就我国失业问题的现状及原因进行较为系统的阐述，并在此基础上试图提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | In twenty years,China comes into the new era of building up a comparatively well-off society,but there are also problems such as unemployment affected by population,population structure,population transference and the reforming progress of social economy,which attracts more attention from all walks of life.How to alleviate the social pressure that caused by the unemployment condition has highly valued by the party and government.This essay carries on a systematic elaboration of the condition of and reasons for our country's present unemployment problem and tries to put forward a corresponding resolution on this foundation. |
