| 摘 要： | 教育硕士专业学位教育具有职业性、研究性、创新性特点.目前教育硕士专业学位教育存在学员工学矛盾突出、授课教师对基础教育实际情况了解不够、教学方法陈旧、培养方式不灵活、学位论文存在重理论轻实践等问题.各级教育行政部门和各级学校的领导应提高认识,做好提高教师素质、培养具有硕士学位教师的规划工作;教育硕士授课教师应不断提高自身的教育理论、教学水平和实践能力;学员本身更应珍惜深造的机会,注重论文选题的实践性和应用性,为毕业后继续从事中小学教育和管理工作打下坚实的理论基础.
