| 摘 要： | 因特网的迅速发展和广泛运用给教育带来了新的挑战和机遇。网络英语学习对传统的学习模式产生了深远的影响。网络教育的理论基础是现代认知学习理论。本文以认知学习理论为基础，探讨了网络英语学习的特点，并就如何有效地开展网络辅助英语学习从学习环境、教师和学习者三方面提出一些建议。
