| Abstract: | This paper explores the problems in basic qualities of TV program hosts and hostesses-lacking of training in basic language skills, neglecting improvement of inner qualities, losing contact with the mass, and isolated from the society. The author proposes that hosts and hostesses should solve the problems from four perspectives. Otherwise they are not likely to become an outstanding program hosts or hostesses |
