| 摘 要： | 网络环境下高校学生党支部构建是在充分利用信息网络化技术的基础上,建立党组织管理新模式——网络党支部。支部通过建立网上新闻发布系统、虚拟组织生活室、党务信息管理系统、网络党校等模式,实现网络党支部与实体党支部的有效对接,建立新型高校学生党支部模式,探索科学有效的基层党组织管理机制。
