| 摘 要： | 现代远程开放教育以学生的自主学习为主，教师以导学为主的教学原则，并不意味着教师主导作用的弱化。在具体的教学实践中，课程辅导教师的面授课仍然是提高开放教育教学质量的一个必不可少的环节。开放教育面授课目前应采取主导—主体相结合、学教并重的教学结构，运用讲授学习、案例学习、专题性学习、作业学习等教学模式进行教学，既重视发挥教师的主导作用，又充分体现学生的主体作用。

| Abstract: | Modern open distance education goes by the teaching principle that students teach themselves and was instructed by teachers,which doesn't mean the weakness of teacher's role.In practical teaching,in-class course given by teachers is still a necessary step.In-class instruction course in open education should employ the teaching structure that combines guilding with main part,and pays the same attention to teaching as learning.And it should carry out teaching patterns,such as instruction study,case study,topic study and exercises study,and pay attention to not only the leading role of teachers but also the main part role of students. |
