| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳力大规模地向城市转移,引发了农村留守儿童的产生及其成长发展中的突出问题。解决这一问题的主要途径是强化家庭、学校和社会的责任,努力发展农村经济,消除城乡体制壁垒,发挥学校教育功能,实施社会"关爱工程"等。
