| 摘 要： | 针对情报发布实施知识转移的薄弱环节,从系统工程角度出发,简述情报发布系统知识管理体系的基本功能,提出基于知识流的情报发布知识管理体系框架和情报发布知识转移的原则,重点阐述情报发布过程中知识转移的框架模型,并对知识管理体系框架下情报发布知识转移的发展趋势进行了初步探讨.
