| 摘 要： | 在人际交往日益频繁的今天，人际交往能力越来越受到大学生的重视。但部分学生由于缺乏人际交往技能，在交往中容易产生一系列心理问题。分析大学生人际交往特点和大学生人际交往心理危机征兆，探讨大学生人际交往心理危机对辅导员工作的要求，提出大学生人际交往心理危机的干预措施，有利于促进大学生全面健康发展，构建和谐文明的校园。

| Abstract: | Nowadays personal interaction has become a frequency and college students draw more attention to the interaction capacities.But some students bring out a series psychological problems due to the lack of interaction skills.The analysis on the characteristic of college students' interactions and the features of their psychological crisis can help the work of college counselors which is also beneficial to the whole-round development of college students and also the harmonious civilization of campus cultures. |
