| 摘 要： | 在我国导游收入分配上一直没有明确的规定,导游的收入由游客购物提成、带团补助和游客小费构成。这严重制约了导游水平的提高,影响了旅游质量,阻碍了安顺旅游形象的提升和安顺旅游业的健康发展。文章研究安顺导游收入结构,找出导致其不合理的原因,为规范导游收入提供依据。

| Abstract: | The distribution of guides’ income in China’s law has not been clearly defined,so it usually consists of shopping commissions,guiding allowances,and tourists’ tips.This severely restricts the level of guides,affects the quality of tourism,and hinders the improvement of the tourism image of Anshun and the development of the tourism industry in Anshun.In this paper,the author studies the income structure of guides in Anshun,and tries to find out the reasons leading to the irrational structure,and to provide the basis for standardizing guides’ income. |
