| 摘 要： | 以前黔中区域经济发展主要受到区位、地理环境、历史、政策、人口素质、文化观念、科技与资本等因素的制约。但现在一些制约因素已经逐渐得到改善,特别是在黔中经济区战略的实施过程中,有的制约因素将进一步被弱化甚至转化为有利因素。当前中央深化西部大开发的重大决策将极大地推动黔中区域经济实现跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The factors,such as location、geographical environment 、history、policy 、population quality、culture 、concept 、technology and capital,have been restricting the regional ecnomic development of Guizhou’s Central Regions.But now,some of the restricting factors have been gradually improved,especially during the implementation process of the economic zone strategy,some of them will be weakened or transformed into favorable ones.The current three significant opportunity will greatly promote the regional ecnomic development of Guizhou’s Central Regions. |
