| 摘 要： | 通过对中国27个省市10年的面板数据进行分析，考察了大学研发与高新技术企业创建的关系，以及大学研发、高新技术企业创建对地区经济增长的影响。研究结果表明，大学研发可以促进高新技术企业的创建，且对推动地区就业的增长既有直接的又有间接的影响，间接的影响是大学研发通过对高新技术企业创建的促进作用而推动地区就业的增长，对经济发展起到一定的积极作用。
