| 摘 要： | 举办大冬会对黑龙江省体育事业的竞争力具有重大影响。采用理论分析和实地调研等方法,从物质基础、人才培养、体育人口、体育管理、体育文化和体育经济等多方面论述了整个大冬会举办周期对黑龙江省体育事业的发展所产生的巨大影响。认为大冬会的举办能够促进举办城市和区域体育场馆设施的完善和齐备、专业体育队伍的建设、体育人口的增加、体育赛事管理水平的提高和赛事运作经验的积累、体育文化的丰富和体育产业的发展,从而全面提升黑龙江省体育事业的竞争力,促进黑龙江省体育事业实现跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | Holding the world university winter games has important influence on the sports undertaking competencies in Heilongjiang province.With the methods of theoretic analysis and investigation,the article discusses the important influence of holding the games on the sports undertaking development in Heilongjiang province from various aspects such as the material foundation,sports human resources,sports population,sports management,sports culture,sports economy and so on.It thinks that holding the games can roundly advance the sports undertaking competencies and development by developing the host city in the following aspects:making the sports stadium and gymnasiums more self-contained,bringing up better sports work team and more sports population,improving the sports event management with more event experience,developing the sports culture and sports industry. |
