摘    要:新中国成立70年来,我国的中小学课程及教材建设取得了很大的成绩。我们不能抹杀这个成绩,不能妄自菲薄,但是也要对教材编写、建设方面现存的一些问题有清醒的认识和高度的警惕。教材是国家事权,世界上所有的国家概莫能外,特别是随着国际国内形势的发展变化,我们的教材建设在汲取国内外优秀经验的同时,从意识形态的维度加强国家对教材的整体规划和管理,非常必要也非常重要。

Abstract:Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago, the construction of primary and secondary school curriculum and textbooks in China have achieved great results. We shouldn’t obliterate the achievements nor improperly belittle ourselves, but we should also have a clear understanding of the existing problems in the compilation and construction of textbooks and keep vigilant about them. The textbook compilation is the mission and responsibility of every country in the world without exception. With the development and change of the international and domestic situations, the textbook compilation in China should specially strengthen the overall planning and management of the textbooks from the perspective of ideology while learning from the experience at home and abroad. It is necessary and very important.
