| 摘 要： | web2.0环境下政府信息服务的有效运行,受到政府网站、公众素质、政府政策、政府人文等因素的影响,并以政府政策与人文因素为主要影响因素。此外,web2.0的出现给政府服务理念、政府管理体制、网络/社会安全保障、政府人员综合素质等提出了新的要求。因此,web2.0环境下的政府信息服务运行机制应包括:公众参与机制、政民互动机制、民意提取机制、web2.0风险平衡机制等。
