| 摘 要： | 裁判文书的语言体式是典型的公文语体,而古代判词却具有浓厚的文学色彩,表现出文学语体对公文语体的渗透与融合。这为我们从动态的角度研究语体的渗透、融合与转换提供了依据。可以通过语体的动态分析揭示出裁判文书语言背后的一些规律,为当前的裁判文书改革提供一种思路。

| Abstract: | The language form of the court verdict is of typical style of official documents,and the ancient verdict have rich and bright literary colours,which provides basis for us to do research in the infiltration,fusion and transformation of the style.A dynamic analysis of the style can reveal some of the laws of court verdict and provide a way of thinking for the verdict reform. |
