| 摘 要： | 分别从企业孵化器发展的理论要求和我国现实状况分析出发，从两个角度加强对我国企业孵化器发展要求的认识。指明了可以有效促进我国企业孵化器发展的工作任务，并对营造有利发展环境的意义及主要手段进行了说明。
