| 摘 要： | 以新形势下教师专业化的新目标为基础，强化了实施教师专业化的重要意义。就目前教师专业化的现状，提出了提高教师专业化的措施。中国教育发展实施战略计划提出了教师专业化必备的基本条件，因此教师专业化素质的提高刻不容缓，是中国教育界现阶段的首要任务。

| Abstract: | This text is based on teacher's specialized new goal under the new situation,has strengthened and implemented teacher's specialized important meaning,analysed teacher's specialized current situation at present,has put forward teacher's specialized measure of improving,implemented the strategic plan and put forward teacher's primary condition with indispensable specialization for China's educational development. So,the improvement of teacher's specialized quality is very urgent,is the primary task at the present stage of education circle of Chinese. |
