| Abstract: | In the new century, China's Tertiary Education is facing a new development environment. So far as the students' administration is concerned, it is particularly important to raise the human-priority concept and hold a scientific development-oriented view. This paper, through analyzing the features of student education administration present in non-governmental universities, proposes to administrate student education with the concept of human-priority, self-discipline mechanism, and creative thinking methodology and actual operation. |
