中等职业学校师资队伍建设的薄弱环节及应对策略

摘    要:目前,我国中等职业学校师资队伍建设过程中存在着重形式轻内容、重中职学校的师资队伍忽视培养培训单位的师资队伍建设、重教师个体能力轻教师整体结构、忽视制定教师能力标准等薄弱环节.针对这些问题,可采取如下策略:围绕“两个”目标,明确建设重点;重视培养教师的“两种”教学能力;推进两个“主体”积极合作,搭建专兼职教师互动平台;发挥“两个”带动作用,发展师资队伍整体实力;利用两个基地,提高教师实践教学能力.

Abstract:The teaching staff construction of secondary vocational schools confronts with the problems of emphasizing mode and ignoring contents,emphasizing teaching staff construction in secondary vocational schools and ignoring teaching staff of training institutes,emphasizing teachers’ individual abilities and ignoring the whole structure of teachers,etc.The following strategies can be adopted to solve these problems: clarify the construction emphasis surrounding with two objectives;try to cultivate teachers’ theoretical as well as practical abilities;boost the cooperation of school and enterprise and build the interactive platform for full-time and part-time teachers,etc.
