| 摘 要： | 新世纪高职教育面临大发展的良好机遇，然其师资队伍已实际成为制约其发展的瓶颈。为此，高职院校需根据职业教育的特点，“稳内引外”，树立起符合市场经济、教育发展规律的人事管理、队伍建设理念，努力建设一支结构合理、素质优良的教师队伍，以满足职业学院上层次、快发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational technology education is now facing a good chance for its development, but lack of the qualified teachers becomes the bottleneck in its development. According to the characteristics of the vocational education, higher vocational technology education college should adopt the idea of the personnel management and staff building which accord with the rules of the market economy and educatinal development, and make an effort to build up a construction - reasoned and quality - highly teaching staffin order to meet the needs of the fast development of the vocational technology education college. |
