| 摘 要： | 草原文化的产业化开发需要以内蒙古文化产业的成熟度为依托。将文化产业泛化，就是在文化产业的实践领域持泛文化产业论，就是不把文化产业的范畴局限在文化概念的精神指向上。我们应开放式地将内蒙古文化产业根据草原文化的体系相应地泛化到生产生活的方方面面。只要能为受众提供特殊的草原文化的享受，就可以视其为文化产业。既然文化产业泛化到了各种产业中，那原有产业的主体就应该承担起主体之职。泛化的文化产业的主体实现草原文化资源的产业化开发的具体方法是：从时尚维度挖掘潜在目标市场，重建供需价值链条，通过创意分解草原文化象征符号，再通过创意植入各种产业生产流程，再创草原文化生态系统，开创以草原文化开发为内容的内蒙古特色文化产业发展体系。内蒙古文化产业发展的关键不是要建立自身独占的区域，而应该是建立供需价值链条，让产业集群自然形成。

| Abstract: | The industrialization development of grassland cultureneeds to rely on the grade of maturity of Inner Mongolia culture industry. To generalize the culture industry is to hold the generalized culture industry view in the practical field of culture industry. The category of culture industry should not be confined in the spiritual orientation of the concept of culture. We should in a open mode generalize Inner Mongolia culture industry into every aspect of production and life on the basis of the grassland culture system. Those that can provide special grassland culture enjoyment for the receivers can be regarded as culture industry. If the culture industry is generalized into all kinds of industry, the main body of the former industry should undertake the respon- sibility of the main body. The specific methods of generalizing the main body of culture industry and realizing the development of the grassland culture resources are： excavating the potential target market from the perspective of fashion, rebuilding the value chains of supply and demand, decomposing the symbolic mark of grassland culture through originality, implanting all types of in- dustry production processes, rebuilding the ecological system of grassland culture, and initiating culture industry development system of Inner Mongolia which uses the development of grassland culture as the main contents. The key to the development of culture industry of Inner Mongolia is not to build the exclusive field, but to build value chains of supply and demand. Thus, the industrial cluster will come into being naturally. |
