| 摘 要： | 基础教育改革发展离不开科学的教育管理，而教育管理作为一种对教育过程控制的手段，具有极强的实践性，但同时又应该具有极强的人文性。然而现实的“教育管理”状况，其功能的异化，价值的削弱，成为学校教育的掣肘。在以人为本日益成为学校教育核心、现代教育价值追求的今天，更应呼呼教育管理的变革，也是教育规律发展的客观要求与必然逻辑。
