| 摘 要： | 在对卓越绩效模式充分理解的基础上,针对装备制造业在实施卓越绩效管理过程中企业绩效测量的问题,提出了围绕企业内部价值链建立绩效测量指标体系的思想,并以某煤矿机械设备专用制造厂家为例,识别其价值创造过程并建立相应的指标体系.

| Abstract: | On the basis of full understanding of the excellent performance criteria,a theory that builds up the indices system of performance measurement within enterprise value chain is put forward.This paper focuses on the problem which equipment manufacturing industry faced in the implementation of excellent performance management.Taking a manufacturer making Mine Equipment for example,we recognize its value creation process and establish the corresponding indices system. |
