推进“责任教育” 履行教育责任

摘    要:责任由责任情感、责任能力和责任行为三个方面构成。"负责任的教育"就是要办对学生、对教师、对学校、对社会、对未来负责任的教育,其根本宗旨是造就人的责任情怀、担当精神,以及履行责任的本领;其目标就是要让"说负责任的话、做负责任的事、当负责任的人"成为每个人的立人之本。学校坚守"责任教育"理念,将爱与责任融入教学与管理之中,努力为学生的成才精心营造负责任的教育环境,着力推进以"责任教育"为显著标志的特色高中建设,努力将"责任教育"理念内化于心、外化于行,取得了显著的成果,在全国产生了一定的影响。

Promoting Responsibility Education and Fulfilling Educational Responsibility

Abstract:Responsibility is composed of responsibility emotion, competence and behavior. Responsible education indicates education which is responsible for students, teachers, schools, society and the future; its fundamental objective is to cultivate human's responsible emotions and spirit; and its goal is to develop everyone's character of responsible remarks, actions and humans. Schools should stick to the idea of responsibility education, incorporate love and duties into teaching and administration, and construct the responsible educational environment for students' growth, so that we could greatly promote the constructing of senior high school with characteristics. Eventually the idea of responsibility education could be internalized into one's heart and externalized into one's action.
