| 摘 要： | 在基础教育阶段，相对于小学、普通高中而言，初中教育整体薄弱成为一种共识。初中教育科研发展存在的主要问题包括“学生为本”的素质教育理念没有在初中教育科研中得到充分体现，过度的实践导向带来了初中教育科研过程中缺乏足够的理论支撑，义务教育均衡发展等重要发展任务在初中教育科研中未能得到体现等。因此，必须确立正确的学生观，在初中教育科研中严格遵循“学生为本”的素质教育理念。加强理论研究，提升初中教师理论素养。强化中宏观层面研究，发挥区县教育行政部门在初中教育科研中的主体作用。拓宽研究视域，使初中教育科研视野扩充至校内外。

| Abstract: | In basic education, junior middle school education is relatively weak, compared with primary school education and senior middle school education. The major issues with junior middle school education research development include： the quality-oriented education belief of student- centeredness has not been fully realized, over-emphasis of practice leads to lack of theories in the process of junior middle school education research, and the balanced development of compulsory education can not be fully fulfilled. Therefore, correct perspective on students must be established and the quality-oriented belief of student-centeredness must be followed, etc. |
