| 摘 要： | 计算机网络技术的发展使得网络空间的个人信息隐私权受到前所未有的挑战，保护个人信息隐私权成为当务之急。文章介绍了网络环境下个人信息隐私权的侵权方式，包括过度收集以及使用目的不明确、错误收集个人信息、个人信息的传输和交易以及个人信息的二次开发利用，就如何保护网络环境下的个人信息隐私权提出了立法建议，以及应该注重行业自律和个人的自我保护。
