| 摘 要： | 大学生参与高校管理是现代大学管理发展的趋势,有其必然性和可行性,具有重要的意义。我国各高校对大学生参与高校管理已有不同程度的认识和重视,但总体而言仍存在不少问题。因此,有效推进大学生参与高校管理,需要在转变思想观念、提高学生管理者的素质、创设良好的心理管理环境、建立有效的制度等方面继续努力。
