| 摘 要： | 知识经济的兴起,加快了信息化改变的步伐。要适应这种变化,就要从根本上改变现行的企业业绩评价体系,建立起新的适应并促进知识经济时代企业发展的业绩评价体系。否则,企业的信息化改造、知识经济的发展只会举步维艰。本文从分析我国现行企业业绩评价体系存在的主要缺陷入手,结合某物流企业的业绩评价指标,提出了必须建立适应并促进知识经济时代企业发展的新的企业业绩评价体系。

| Abstract: | The rise of knowledge economy has sped up the pace of information innovation. In order to adapt to this kind of change, we should fundamentally modify the current enterprise achievement appraisal system and establish a new one that suits and can promote the development of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy. Otherwise, the information-based transformation of enterprises and the development of knowledge economy will be difficult to achieve. Beginning with analyzing the main drawbacks of the current appraisal system and based on the achievement evaluation targets of a certain logistics enterprise, the article suggests that a new system be established that suits and promotes the development of enterprises in the era of knowledge development. |
