| 摘 要： | 当前,大学生就业形势十分严峻,通过自主创业来解决就业问题已成为一个行之有效的办法,而终身学习教育思想对大学生就业创业能力培养具有指导意义。论文以终身教育思想为逻辑起点,提出了地方院校应贯彻落实素质教育、培养学生科学精神与人文精神、营造有利于大学生就业创业的校园文化和调整专业结构等有助于大学生创业就业的对策。

| Abstract: | Faced with a tight employment market,it is a way out for university students to start businesses on their own.The concept of life-long education is commensurate with the cultivation of entrepreneurship.It is believed that regional colleges and universities should provide quality education,cultivate students＇ scientific and humanitarian spirits,create a campus culture friendly to entrepreneurship,and make adjustments in their programs to better help students＇ employment and entrepreneurial efforts. |
