| 摘 要： | “禅意”作为美学范畴,是对禅学精神审美艺术表现的一种概括。它以“不离不染”和“妙悟”为其精神本质,以易简疏淡而不拘形色、莹彻玲珑而意味无穷和富于机趣之美为文体特征。“禅意”之所以能进入当代文艺批评的理论研究,是与禅学精神的现代需求、它自身开放的文化结构、及其较强的当代话语功能和阐释能力紧密相联的。

| Abstract: | Chan verses as a aesthetic category is an epitome of the artistic appreciation and judgement of the Chan Sect. They are characterized by "being neither departing nor involved" and witticism as their essence and by simplicity, freedom, crystal translucence and lingering charm, and ingenuity as their stylistic characteristics. The entry of Chan verses into contemporary literary research and criticism results from the modernistic need of the Chan spirit, their open cultural structure, and their strong speech and explanatory function. |
