《吕氏春秋》中“和合”饮食文化初探

摘    要:《吕氏春秋》一书中保留了不少有关先秦时期饮食文化和烹调技艺的珍贵资料。该书最早提出"和合"饮食,可以分析为"合"与"和"两个层面上,而这种"和合"饮食主张与是书所提倡的治国思想是一致的。"天人合一"是其哲学基础,"大羹不和"则是其最高追求。

Abstract:Lvshichunqiu retains a lot of valuable information about diet culture and cooking skills in pre-Qin period. The book first put forward the" harmony" diet, which can be analyzed as the levels of "joint" and "harmony", and this "harmony" diet accords with and the governing the country ideas. "Nature-human as one" is the philosophical basis, while" big soup discord" is the highest pursuit.
