| 摘 要： | 高等教育投资主要指国家对高等教育的财政拨款,高等教育投资水平受国家的经济增长水平的制约。同时,高等教育投资对国民经济增长又具有促进作用,它可以分为内部作用和外溢作用两方面,其中后者是指提高生产要素的品质,改善经济活动的社会环境,使经济活动具有更高的效率,从而加快经济增长和综合国力提升的速度。本文则是从模型分析的角度,考察研究高等教育投资对于我国经济增长的外溢作用及力度。

| Abstract: | Higher education investment means the financial allocations to higher education of the country.The investment level of higher education is limited by economy growth level of the country.Meanwhile,it has a positive effect on the national economic growth.It can be divided into two aspects:inside function and overflowed function,the latter of which refers to increasing the qualities of the factors of production,and improving the social environment of the economic activities.In this way can it make the economic activities have higher efficiency to accelerate the economic growth and promote the overall national strength.This text investigates the dynamics of overflowed function of higher education investment to economic growth of our country. |
