| 摘 要： | 我国近代职业教育法制产生的历史必然性,在于我国要步入近代社会必然要发展职业教育,而职业教育的有序发展必然要求以法制进行调整.职业教育思想的形成和职业教育实践的蓬勃发展,是职业教育法制产生的基础,而政治运动中激发的民族情绪和对职业教育的期望则是促进职业教育法制较早产生的直接原因.

| Abstract: | To step into the modern society, vocational education must be developed, which need to be regulated by law. Thus, the legislation of vocational education is an inevitable outcome of history in modem China. The formation of the vocational education thought and development of its practice are the foundation of its origin while the national mood and expectation for vocational education ignited by political movement are the direct causes. |
