| Abstract: | One of the most important thoughts of society and education reform in the 20th century is lifelong learning theory, which drops mangy hints to civil moral construction being undertaken presently in China. The hints we can take from it are as follows:Firstly, everyone is a person of civil moral construction; Secondly, every minutes is when civil moral construction is being carried on; Thirdly, every place is where people tackle civil moral construction. |
