| Abstract: | The new curriculum reform pays attention to the whole design of curriculum and intends to establish dual curriculum which is composed of subject curriculum and ICPA as school curriculum. The paper probes the meaning and principles of design of dual curriculum, analyses the difficult position and resolving approach during implementation of ICPA, pinpoints the shift of teaching paradigm that the development of ICPA needs. |
