| 摘 要： | 非自愿性移民从农村动迁到城市，户籍身份由村民变为市民，但这并不意味着村民就成为真正的市民。从村民到市民，要经历职业、社会规范、精神文化、价值观等一系列的嬗变。这一嬗变过程将是一个艰巨而又漫长的过程。只有在这些方面嬗变实现之后，村民才是真正的市民。

| Abstract: | It does not mean that the villagers become real citizens that involuntary citizens migrant from rural to urban and change the household registration from villagers to citizens. From villagers to citizens, it will go through a series of evolution, such as job, social norms, spiritual culture, values. The transmutation process will be a long and tough process. The villagers will become real citizens only after implementing the changes in these aspects. |
