| 摘 要： | 本文从竞争情报的基本过程、竞争情报的功能、单体涉案企业需要的外部支持三个视角，从竞争情报需求、信息收集、信息分析、早期预警功能、环境监视与竞争对手跟踪功能、决策支持功能、建立应对反倾销指控组织机构需要的支持、将决策转化为行动并实现预期目标需要的支持等多个方面，对中国苹果汁企业成功应对美国反倾销诉讼案件进行解析，得出结论和启示。

| Abstract: | Focusing on competitive intelligence (CI) factor, the case that Chinese concentrated apple juice enterprises won the anti-dumping lawsuit from America was studied in three CI angles of view. The first is from CI cycle in user-needs, collection, analysis. The second is from CI functions in early warning, monitoring and keeping track of competitors, support for decision making. The third is form indispensable CI support outside a single enterprise in establishing a special organization for dealing with lawsuit, changing CI into actions. Several findings and inspirations are given in the end. |
