| 摘 要： | 在由传统计划经济向市场经济转变过程中，在当今经济社会发展和广大人民群众对教育的要求和期望越来越高的年代，教育观念的滞后、某些教育决策的失误和教育体制本身存在的问题等，使得当前我国教育在发展中又出现了不少新的不可回避的严峻问题。这些问题有的已经成为严重制约我国教育事业进一步发展进而走向现代化的瓶颈。仔细梳理、认真对待这些问题，以科学的发展观为指导，实事求是地面对这些问题，并尽快解决这些问题，已成为当前我国教育改革与发展的十分重要而紧迫的任务。

| Abstract: | In the transition from planned economy to market economy, with the social and economic development and people's increasingly high demands on education, a number of serious problems have appeared in the development of education, due to outdated education concepts, failure of previous educational policies and defects in the education system itself. Some of these problems have become bottlenecks in the further development of education in China. An important and urgent task for the reform and development of education in China now is to analyze these problems, face these problems and solve these problems as soon as possible under the guidance of scientific views of development. |
