| 摘 要： | 公司治理是一个具有重要理论和实践意义的研究课题。我国计划经济体制下的公司治理效率很低。改革开放以来,我国国有企业在公司治理方面取得了较大的成效,但仍面临许多相当突出的问题。为了适应新形势的发展需要,采取措施加快完善我国国有公司治理步伐已成当务之急。

| Abstract: | The management of the compary is a question with important theoretical and pragmatic significance. Chi-nese management rate of the compary in planned economy system was low. China has made some achievements in themanagement of the company since China opened up to outside world, but China still faces many prominant defficulties. Itis urgent to take measures to improve the management of the state-owned company in order to adapt to the new circum-stance. |
