| 摘 要： | 文章从职业道德的含义、实施途径、教学形式、课程内容四个方面对中外职业道德教育进行了比较，提出要改进我国的职业道德教育，除了继承优良的传统外，借鉴发达国家的先进经验当为目前应施之策。以案例教学形式强化行业特征，是提高职业道德教育质量的有效途径。职业道德教育并不仅仅是价值观的培养，还包括职业道德推理能力的培养。
