| 摘 要： | 作者运用理论分析的方法,阐述了训练科学的定义和基本特征(对训练工作的依附、综合性和对因果关系的密切关注等);说明了科学训练与非科学训练的界限,以及存在的种种矛盾(如整体与局部、规律与事实、突变与渐变等);阐述了训练科学化的基本精神及其实施过程,提出了训练科学化即训练效益最大化的见解。

| Abstract: | Apply of theoretical analysis, the author expounds the definition of training science and its basic feature (its attachment to training work, its synthesis and its close relationship to causality), explains what is scientific training and what is not as well as existing contradictions (for example, the whole and the individual, law and fact, sudden change and gradual one), clarifies the essentials of systematization of scientific training and its process of implementation and shows his sound judgment upon systematization of scientific training, namely the best advantages of scientific training. |
