| 摘 要： | 隐性思想政治教育具有教育目的的隐蔽性、教育手段的灵活性、教育内容的丰富性、教育过程的平等性、教育效果的长期性等特征,能够弥补传统显性教育的不足。因此,当前受到思想政治教育者的高度重视。隐性教育在大学生思想政治教育中可以通过显性课程的渗透、加强校园文化建设、注重教师的榜样示范作用、发挥互联网隐性育人作用等途径来实现。
