| 摘 要： | 旅游资源是旅游业发展的前提和基础，是一个国家旅游业发展的核心，为了促进旅游资源的可持续发展，在依靠人们自觉保护旅游资源的前提下，还必须从法律法规方面对旅游资源开发和保护进行规范。文章就我国当前有关旅游资源方面颁布的法律法规研究现状进行了综述，并对旅游资源法律法规的未来发展进行了展望。以保障旅游资源乃至旅游业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Tourism resource is the prerequisite and basis for the development of tourism industry,and the core of national tourism development. In order to promote the sustainable development of tourism resources, laws must be made to regulate the exploration and preservation of the tourism resource though the pre-condition is that people should protect it willingly. The paper makes a comprehensive summary on the current study of the laws concerning tourism resource with a overview of the future development to make the sustainable development possible. |
