| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后，美国的全球战略经历了从超越遏制战略、参与和扩展战略到先发制人战略的嬗变，但其核心是确保美国的单极霸权不受动摇，并试图从意识形态的角度为这些战略寻求某种道义的或国际法意义上的合理性。考察美国发动的科索沃战争及以反恐防扩为目的的阿富汗战争、伊拉克战争，仍能较清晰地看到美国全球战略中意识形态的烙印以及与冷战时一脉相承的政策特征。由此可见，意识形态仍将是美国未来较长时间内实施其全球战略重要的考量因素。

| Abstract: | After the cold war, US global strategies have experienced changes from surpassing stop strategies, participation and expansion strategies to preemptive strategies, but the core of them is to ensure US hegemony and try to make the strategies rational both in morality and international laws ideologically. Examining Kosovo war, anti - terrorist Afghanistan War and Iraq War, the ideological brand if US global strategies and the policy features as those in the cold war can be clearly seen. Therefore, ideology is still the essential factor in the comparatively long time for US to carry out the global strategies. |
