| 摘 要： | 高职院校对学生职业技能大赛的价值存在严重的功利化倾向,过分重视参与技能大赛及其参赛结果对扩大学校知名度的影响,从而导致在实践中备战职业技能大赛与日常教学两张皮的现象。高职院校学生职业技能大赛作为学校人才培养的重要环节,应始终坚持面向全体学生、提高人才培养质量这一价值取向。这一价值取向的显性表现主要体现在职业技能大赛的人本价值、教育学价值和社会价值三个方面。

| Abstract: | Utilitarianism orientation results in the mismatch of the practice preparing for vocational skills competition and the phenomenon of everyday teaching.As an important part of talents cultivation,vocational skills competition should adhere to the value orientation of improving the quality of all students,which mainly lies in aspects of humanist value,teaching value and social value. |
