| 摘 要： | 当前,我国职业教育大力倡导工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式,而校企合作过程中的政府、企业、学校、学生及其家长等利益相关者的目标价值并不是完全一致的。因此,我们在实施校企合作的过程中,必须积极推进校企合作的利益相关者的目标价值趋同,真正保障利益相关者的切身利益,努力构建趋于一致的目标价值体系,为建立校企合作的长效机制奠定基础。
